In the spirit of our West Coast meets Latin American brand inspiration, we’ve woven together the cultures of Mexico and California this summer with our summer partner, Mandarina, through fashion, food, and sport for the Stick & Ball - Mandarina Polo & Dinner Series. The first of our series was held in the San Francisco Bay Area.
It was a splendid afternoon, set amidst the rolling hills of the Cerro Pampa Polo Club. A perfect West Coast summer evening commenced with an exhibition polo match between the Cerro Pampa Polo Club and the Mandarina - Stick & Ball polo teams.
As the sun began to set after the game, guests enjoyed an authentic and elegant Mexican-inspired menu, prepared by one of Bravo TV’s America’s Top Chefs, Chef Casey Thompson. Our fieldside toasts included signature tequila cocktails, The Mandarita and The Frida (recipes below), designed by Casa Dragones, and chilled ÆRENA rosé and Cabernet Sauvignon from Bespoke Collection Wines. Guests also enjoyed shopping throughout the afternoon at our fieldside pop up boutique with our signature ponchos, new resort wear, leather accessories and home decor.
