Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders, except custom designs, are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • For domestic calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Exceptions are custom orders, furniture and artwork which are quoted and provided to the client prior to shipping.

  • For international shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Exceptions are custom orders, furniture and artwork which are quoted and provided to the client prior to shipping. Feel free to contact us with any questions. A commercial invoice will be included with your order. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the client. 

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or stolen packages at the time of delivery.

International Shipping Policy

We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We do our best to help clients with urgent requests for special occasions and gift giving. Custom items and items that are pre-ordered are shipped based on production schedules and are communicated with clients. 

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or stolen packages after delivery.

Modifications or Cancellations

Modification
If there is a change needed in your order, (shipping address, product quantity or product), please contact us as soon as possible at info@stickandball.com so that we can adjust order.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order before it ships.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to info@stickandball.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order as it has been processed. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect. 


Refunds Policy

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within 7 days.

Free Gifts
If you have received a "free gift" with purchase and an item(s) has been returned (as opposed to exchanged), the “free gift” item(s) will also need to be returned.

Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@stickandball.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages 
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at info@stickandball.com Note: We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address, but we are happy to try to help you track your package with the carrier.


Product Guarantee & Repairs

We have been designing and making products for over a decade and our clients can attest to our product quality. But if you are unhappy with your purchase, please be in touch so that our customer support can assist you. Our 7 day window allows you to quickly return your goods for a full refund. If our products fail and you are in need of repair, contact customer support so that we can help you.

Is it free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders $250 and above in the United States. Exclusions include: rushed shipments, furniture, art and custom goods.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, Their shipping time varies depending on your shipping address. Domestic US is generally 2-6 shipping days (weekdays). International generally ranges 2 weeks unless rushed.

Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
