Order Processing & Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm EST are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will be typically be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping). However, try our best to assist you and realize you are sometimes trying to squeeze in an order for a special gift or occasion — contact us by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information to help guide you and anticipate your delivery.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery. Free shipping for orders over $150 applies to domestic ground shipping only.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically by carrier chosen. Although we offer express shipping, please understand that we have no control over carrier delays. All orders over $250 include FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (3-8 days). All Furniture is excluded from FREE SHIPPING. For orders under $250 the shipping cost is calculated. If you can't wait to receive your item and need express shipping, we offer the following at the cost of the customer:

If there is a change needed in your order, (shipping address, product quantity or product), please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com so that we can adjust order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order before it ships.
If you wish to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com Note: We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise and packaging for our reference.
Note: Stick & Ball does not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.
Promotions, Free Gifts and Adjustments
Sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates which may contain promotional codes for special discounts that can be applied to your order. In order to take advantage of these discounts, you must enter the code in the specified “Discount Code” section on the “Shopping Bag” page and click “Apply.” Note: some promotional codes require customers to be logged in for the code to be applied and may not apply to sale items. Some promotional codes are automatically added. Only one promotional code may be used at a time per order.
If you return an order that was placed at a discounted price, you will be refunded the amount paid. Stick & Ball will not re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified.
If you have received a "free gift" with purchase and an item(s) has been returned (as opposed to exchanged), the “free gift” item(s) will also need to be returned.
We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.
Please note that tax calculations are based on the state and county shipping address on your order, as well as item price/classification.
For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet. Details may be found at the website of your respective tax authorities.
