Founded in 2011 by Elizabeth Goodwin Welborn, the brand is inspired by a modern but timeless sporting style with core values grounded in environmental and social sustainability. We produce original designs in apparel, accessories and home decor and work with artisans the world over to craft handmade pieces. The company's products can be purchased directly and with select, luxury retailers and resorts.

Sales Representative

Job Title:    Sales Representative
Reports to:     CEO / Creative Director
Type:         Part-time/Contract position

Purpose of the Role

Develop relationships and build sales with luxury retailers and resorts for brand’s apparel, accessories & home decor. Work to develop both brick and mortar and digital platform sales channels and opportunities. Assist brand in beginning to build strategic partnership opportunities with retailers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Build B2B sales plan and develop sales strategy with executive team

* Develop relationships with and generate sales to key luxury retailer buyers

* Manage upkeep of the B2B CRM database of contacts and log customer communication 

* Work with marketing team to develop sales collateral needed, print and digital

* Plan, execute and run company’s booth in trade shows, leading sales efforts

* Work internally with finance and operations to set up customer accounts

* Provide timely B2B customer service including order support on email and phone/voice

* Assist finance in collecting outstanding payments with vendors

* Work with design team to communicate product and collection feedback pre-market as well as during sales cycle from buyers


*Sales experience in luxury / RTW fashion with proven track record

*Strong verbal and written communication skills 

*Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships*

*Desire to be part of a team that meets and exceeds set goals/expectations

*Experience with managing CRM database

*Experience working with marketing team to produce sales collateral and customer communication

Social Media Marketing Intern

Job Title:      Social Media Marketing Intern
Reports to:        CEO / Creative Director
Type:            Part-time/Contract position

Purpose of the Role

Social Media Intern develops and implements outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue. Manage the development and execution of content for Stick & Ball’s social channels. Ensures social programs deliver on the brand’s overarching social media strategy.


* Sourcing images and content and writing captions for social media posts

* Tracking analytics for social media campaigns

* Managing social media posting schedules as well as editorial calendars to promote company brand and initiatives.  

* Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns - Focus on IG, FB + Pinterest

* Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos

* Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability

* Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications :

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.  Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a degree program will also be considered.

* 1-2 years of social media management experience preferred

* Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as

* Comfortable with working with Google, Canva, Gem Pages and Adobe Suites

* Entry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach


*Experience in shooting product photography

*Knowledge and experience with social media management tools

Trunk Show Sales Associate

Job Title:      Trunk Show Sales Associate

Reports to:        CEO / Creative Director
Type:            Part-time/Contract position

Purpose of the Role

Set-up and run trunk shows and other events to create awareness for the brand and drive sales.

* Organize, price and pack merchandise for trunk shows

* Assist with load-in, set-up and merchandising of product

* Engage with customers and share product information. 

* Collect customer information and ring up sales. Knowledge of Shopify POS preferred.

* Maintain product display

* Gift wrap items

* Provide a friendly and easy to shop environment

* Supervise packing, load-out and return of merchandise


* High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

* 3-5 years related experience

* Experience with high-end clientele preferred.

* Personable /Outgoing- Must be able to talk to clients

* Effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers.

* Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

* Ability to collaborate and function as a member of a team

* Position requires periods of walking, standing, reaching, crouching and climbing ladders

* Hold a valid driver’s license and passport
