Founded in 2011 by Elizabeth Goodwin Welborn, the brand is inspired by a modern but timeless sporting style with core values grounded in environmental and social sustainability. We produce original designs in apparel, accessories and home decor and work with artisans the world over to craft handmade pieces. The company's products can be purchased directly and with select, luxury retailers and resorts.

Sales Representative

Job Title:    Sales Representative
Reports to:     CEO / Creative Director
Type:         Part-time/Contract position

Purpose of the Role

Develop relationships and build sales with luxury retailers and resorts for brand’s apparel, accessories & home decor. Work to develop both brick and mortar and digital platform sales channels and opportunities. Assist brand in beginning to build strategic partnership opportunities with retailers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Build B2B sales plan and develop sales strategy with executive team

* Develop relationships with and generate sales to key luxury retailer buyers

* Manage upkeep of the B2B CRM database of contacts and log customer communication 

* Work with marketing team to develop sales collateral needed, print and digital

* Plan, execute and run company’s booth in trade shows, leading sales efforts

* Work internally with finance and operations to set up customer accounts

* Provide timely B2B customer service including order support on email and phone/voice

* Assist finance in collecting outstanding payments with vendors

* Work with design team to communicate product and collection feedback pre-market as well as during sales cycle from buyers


*Sales experience in luxury / RTW fashion with proven track record

*Strong verbal and written communication skills 

*Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships*

*Desire to be part of a team that meets and exceeds set goals/expectations

*Experience with managing CRM database

*Experience working with marketing team to produce sales collateral and customer communication

Trunk Show Sales Associate

Job Title:      Trunk Show Sales Associate

Reports to:        Sales Director
Type:            Part-time/Contract position

Location:         Various

                 United States: New York/Connecticut, North and South Carolina, Florida and SE, Nashville, Midwest, Texas, SW,

                 San Francisco Bay Area, Pacific NW; London, Paris, Zurich

Purpose of the Role

Set-up and run trunk shows and pop up shops; represent brand at special events; create brand awareness and drive sales.

* Research and provide leads/opportunities for brand engagement and product sales at local events

*Maintain regional events calendar and organize details for brand participation

* Price and pack merchandise for trunk shows and brand events

* Assist with load-in, set-up and merchandising of product

* Engage with customers and share brand and product information

* Collect customer information and process customer orders utilizing Shopify POS

* Maintain product display throughout the event

* Gift wrap items

* Provide a friendly, engaging and welcoming shop environment

* Supervise packing, load-out and return of merchandise


* High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

* 3-5 years related experience

* Experience with high-end clientele and events

* Personable /Outgoing- must be able to talk to clients

* Effectively communicate and present brand and product information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers.

* Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

* Ability to collaborate and function as a member of a team

* Position requires periods of walking, standing, reaching, crouching and climbing ladders as well as lifting, packing and moving boxes in excess of 25 pounds

* Hold a valid driver’s license / passport

* Must provide proof of vaccination
