Purpose of the Role

Develop relationships and build sales with luxury retailers and resorts for brand’s apparel, accessories & home decor. Work to develop both brick and mortar and digital platform sales channels and opportunities. Assist brand in beginning to build strategic partnership opportunities with retailers.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Build B2B sales plan and develop sales strategy with executive team


* Develop relationships with and generate sales to key luxury retailer buyers


* Manage upkeep of the B2B CRM database of contacts and log customer communication 


* Work with marketing team to develop sales collateral needed, print and digital


* Plan, execute and run company’s booth in trade shows, leading sales efforts


* Work internally with finance and operations to set up customer accounts


* Provide timely B2B customer service including order support on email and phone/voice


* Assist finance in collecting outstanding payments with vendors


* Work with design team to communicate product and collection feedback pre-market as well as during sales cycle from buyers


Qualifications

*Sales experience in luxury / RTW fashion with proven track record


*Strong verbal and written communication skills 


*Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships*


*Desire to be part of a team that meets and exceeds set goals/expectations


*Experience with managing CRM database


*Experience working with marketing team to produce sales collateral and customer communication

Social Media & Digital Photography Manager

Purpose of the Role

Plans, creates and manages company’s social media content on all digital channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn. Manages company’s digital media assets including photography and video.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Manage company’s social media content, including creation, calendar planning and execution of copy and media every month through social planning software. This includes feed and story posts on five social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter).


*Manage company’s digital media assets including photography and video


*Manage influencer campaigns on social media


*Manage customer service requests from social to customer support


*Create sales collateral


*Create company ads for digital and print




Qualifications Required:

*Copywriting


*Photography and video editing


*Strong communication skills


*Photo and video editing skills, knowledge of Photoshop


*Experience and ability to work in a variety of software tools, including team based project management tools and spreadsheets


*Ability to read and understand analytics and work toward meeting and exceeding benchmarks


*Team Player


*Organization skills & detail oriented

*Experience in shooting product photography
