If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email with the reason for the return or exchange. You will then be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number to make your exchange or to return the product for a refund. Approved returns must then be received at our offices within 10 days, (in original condition and unused with all tags; see Original Condition Clause below), of issuing the RA number, and the RA number must be included on the original packing slip.

The exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.

Original Condition Clause

All exchanged or returned items must be received by Stick & Ball in their original, salable condition, unworn and unwashed, with all store tags still attached. Any items showing signs of wear or use will be returned to the customer at the cost of the customer and no refund will be given.

Refund Clause

Upon receipt by Stick & Ball of approved and returned merchandise, customer will receive a refund to original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Stick & Ball.

Damaged or Missing Contents

If you have received a shipment that looks as if it was tampered with or damaged in transit, please take photographs of the packaging PRIOR to opening. If the product is damaged or missing, you will need to provide us with the following information:

1) Photos of the packaging

2) If damaged item(s), description of item(s) damaged and photographs of the damaged item(s).

3) If missing item(s), description of item(s) missing

4) Delivery details - where parcel was received and in what condition

Missing Parcel After Delivery

If your package was stated to have been delivered by the carrier, but has gone missing on your premises after delivery, we unfortunately can not be responsible for theft. If your neighborhood or area frequently has problems with theft, it is advised to request a signature upon delivery to ensure it arrives safely in your hands!
