RETURN & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 415-388-2270 or info@stickandballco.com with the reason for the return or exchange.   You will then be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.  

Approved returns must be received by Stick and Ball within 10 days of issuing the RA number, and RA number must be included on the original packing slip.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, or items purchased online can be returned during regular business hours at Stick & Ball’s shop in Mill Valley, California.

All returned items must be received by Stick & Ball in their original, salable condition, unworn and unwashed, with all store tags still attached. Any items showing signs of wear or use will be returned to the customer and no refund will be given.

Upon receipt by Stick & Ball of approved and returned merchandise customer will receive a refund to original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Stick & Ball.

EXCHANGES

We do offer exchanges.  Orders can be exchanged for different sizes and colors/style based upon availability.  To begin an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 415-388-2270 or info@stickandballco.com with the reason for the exchange.   You will then be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.  


Exchanges must be received by Stick and Ball within 10 days of issuing the RA number, and RA number must be included on the original packing slip.

Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.

RETURNS ON FINAL SALE

All Items in the Sale Section are Final Sale.  There will be no refunds or exchanges. 

REFUSED PACKAGES

We do not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers.  All returns must have existing RMAs, with the RMA number enclosed inside the package.  Any returns received at the store without corresponding RMA numbers are subject to potential delays/refusal.
