RETURN & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of the shipping date.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, within 14 days of our shipping date, you can initiate the return process through our online returns center. All returns must be approved by us and will be issued an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Approved returns must be received by Stick and Ball within 14 days of issuing the RMA number. All returned items must be received by Stick & Ball in their original, salable condition, unworn and unwashed, with all store tags still attached. Any items showing signs of wear or use will be returned to the customer and no refund will be given.
Upon receipt by Stick & Ball of approved and returned merchandise, the customer will receive a refund to original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of product. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Stick & Ball.
Please note, returns are only accepted if they have been authorized by us.
*Gift Cards are non-refundable items. Gift Cards do not qualify for any discount.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges. Orders can be exchanged for different sizes and colors/style based upon availability. Click below to begin the exchange process. Please contact us with your order number and sizing or color request.
RETURNS ON FINAL SALE
All items in the sale section are Final Sale. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
REFUSED PACKAGES
We do not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers. All returns must have existing RMAs, with the RMA number enclosed inside the package. Any returns received at the store without corresponding RMA numbers are subject to potential delays/refusal.
