If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 415-388-2270 or email@example.com with the reason for the return or exchange. You will then be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Approved returns must be received by Stick and Ball within 10 days of issuing the RA number, and RA number must be included on the original packing slip.
Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, or items purchased online can be returned during regular business hours at Stick & Ball’s retail shop in Mill Valley, California.
All returned items must be received by Stick & Ball in their original, salable condition, unworn and unwashed, with all store tags still attached. Any items showing signs of wear or use will be returned to the customer and no refund will be given.
Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
Upon receipt by Stick & Ball of approved and returned merchandise customer will receive a refund to original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Stick & Ball.
