Celebrating Summer At Our Fieldside Asados
At the heart of our brand lies a deep love of cooking. For us, it all began on the polo field — at fieldside events where the spirit of togetherness and the joy of sharing food ignited our journey. Our passion for celebrating the seasonal bounty from our garden and the local farmer’s market remains one of our favorite past times, embodying the lifestyle and essence of our brand.
Our origins are intertwined with sustainable fashion and the art of entertaining. Cooking and entertaining are more than just activities for us — they are pillars of our brand. We delight in not only hosting pop-up shops but also stunning farm-to-table dinner parties, often set against the picturesque backdrop of beautiful rolling hills and lush polo fields. These gatherings are where our brand shines, blending the elegance of equestrian culture with the warmth of community and the flavors of fresh, local produce.
One of the highlights of our journey was an event we hosted for Mandarina One & Only. We invite you to explore one of our favorite menus, perfect for everything from an intimate family gathering to magnificent farm-to-table dinner party.
Crudité & Cheese Board: A colorful array of fresh vegetables, cured meats, salty nuts, dried fruit and yummy cheeses, offering a delightful variety of flavors and textures to kick-off your meal.
Charred Green Beans with Lemony Yogurt: Fresh green beans charred to perfection and served with a zesty lemon yogurt sauce.
Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce: Tender, juicy flank steak grilled to perfection and topped with a vibrant, flavorful Argentinian chimichurri sauce.
Grilled Corn with Lime and Cotija Cheese: Sweet corn grilled to perfection, then topped with a squeeze of lime, crumbled cotija cheese, and a sprinkle of tajin for a deliciously tangy finish.
Tomato Mozzarella and Fresh Basil Salad: Juicy tomatoes paired with creamy mozzarella and fragrant basil, dressed with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Stone Fruit Crumble: A delightful mix of ripe stone fruits topped with a buttery, crumbly topping baked to golden perfection and served with a dollop of fresh cream.
Favorite Recipe — Chimichurri Sauce
An all-time favorite summer recipe of ours is chimichurri, a beloved Argentinian speciality. Bursting with vibrant flavors that pair perfectly with grilled meats and vegetables, its zesty, herb-infused taste adds a deliciously fresh and spicy kick to almost anything — we even love it on eggs!
Mix and chop in cuisinart:
- 1 big ass garlic
- 1.5 cups cilantro
- 1.5 cups parsley
- ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ tsp cayenne or red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp kosher sale
- Squeeze of fresh lemon
