Rawhide leather belt with a hand-stitched Pampa motif in navy and tan. A signature Argentine-inspired belt that pairs perfectly with our ponchos. Each belt is slightly different with its own unique patina given the raw nature of the leather. Argentine rawhide is not leather in the conventional sense — it's a distinct material with its own history. Salt-cured and air-dried into a stiff material, rawhide is the medium of soguería: the gaucho craft of cutting and braiding dried hides into lassos, bridles, and belts. The Rawhide Pampa Belt uses Argentine rawhide cut whole and hand-stitched with the Pampa pattern in navy and tan. Features a solid brass buckle. Each belt is unique in texture; each develops its own natural patina over time. Made in Argentina. Unisex. Eligible for hot-stamp monogramming at the Mill Valley, California studio.
